At ChalkBox we have developed a 12 weeks Fat-Loss Program for beginners where you will be working out twice a week in the gym and twice a week 15min at home. We will also provide you with a nutrition plan. The gym sessions are on Tuesday and Thursday 11.45am-1pm and we are starting on January 24th - April 13th.
