CF Open 2018

You can register here if you like to join the CrossFit OPEN WODs. This is an annual worldwide competition. You don't have to compete in the main competition but we will be doing the same workouts (scaled as well!) Anyone can join at any level. Its a fun way of trying new kind of workouts in a team!
