Start from around 6 weeks postpartum / 8 weeks caesarean birth (or when you feel ready) until your baby / babies are crawling.

Details:
Yoga with Jai’s classes will help heal and support your post-pregnancy body. Continue your weekly practice in a relaxed, welcoming and no pressure environment, whilst you mindfully build your strength as your babies grow.
The course is designed to help build your strength post-pregnancy including:
* Postnatal pelvic floor exercises
* Safe core building and recovery work.
* Exercise and movement to support and strengthen your back, shoulders and knees as your babies grow and your hormones settle post birth (this can take up to 3 years from some ladies, so give yourself time.)
* The class includes exercise/pose for you with and without your babies. Babies are included in the practice, but you can also come handsfree.
* I have some lovely guided relaxations and guided meditations helping you with sleep deprivation, achy bodies and hopefully time for you and your baby to enjoy the space together.
The best beginnings for you and your babies! When you practice yoga, your babies practice too. We include some baby massage techniques, singing, yoga with your baby and promoting bonding with your baby – A fully inclusive class.
Common ailments:
Diastasis Recti (separated tummy muscles), pelvic floor function, achy body and joints, fatigue, emotional balance and anxiety.
No experience necessary and all levels and abilities welcome.
Free on sight parking.
What you need for the class
* Please bring your own Yoga mats.
* Wear comfortable clothing.
* A small pillow and blanket for your comfort.
* Babies will need a small mat or blankets, toys, food and changing nappies is welcome during class.
* Due to the new safety rules, we are asking parents to bring babies in a sling or car seat rather than prams.
There are lifts at the centre but are currently specifically for disability. Please let us know in advance if you need additional support - this includes if you cannot carry your babies up the stairs.
