INVEST: £15 PER PERSON*
Jaina will guide you through a beautiful sunrise awakening yoga flow practice suitable for all levels in this beautiful breathtaking rooftop venue in the city centre. Followed by a 15 minute sound bath relaxation guided by Sophie Spark. We will end this gorgeous morning with a Herbal Tea before you wander off for the day ahead.
The glass window dome is situated on the rooftop at the ABC building which is home to the Everyman Cinema in Manchester.
