NEW 6-Week Pregnancy Yoga Course
Designed to support you throughout your pregnancy journey in a safe, nurturing and empowering environment.
Over the six weeks (1 class per week), you will learn:
Starts on 5th March for 6 consecutive weeks.
Only valid THURSDAY 6 - 7:15pm pregnancy yoga class
• Pranayama for Birth (breathing techniques for birth, including for a C-section)
• Yoga Asana (poses) to support active labour
• Pelvic floor exercises to help keep you strong and healthy during pregnancy
• Affirmations and relaxation techniques for pregnancy, birth and post-pregnancy
• Connect and build friendships with other mums-to-be at a similar stage of pregnancy AND SO MUCH MORE
Pregnancy Mama – 6 Week Course
Start Date: 5 March 2026
End Date: 9 April 2026
Day & Time: Thursdays, 6:00 – 7:15pm
Location: Jai Yoga Studio, Cheadle Hulme, SK8 7AZ
• 1 class per week
• 6 consecutive weeks
• Suitable from 14/15 weeks pregnant up to 40+ weeks
• No previous yoga experience required
All equipment is provided:
Yoga mat, blanket, bolster + blocks.
Investment
£66.00 for the full 6-week course (£11 per class)
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable once the course has started.
A £10 bank and admin fee applies for cancellations made up to 5 days before the course starts.
After that time, 50% of the course fee is refundable.
