Myofascial release Yin Yoga + Gong Bath
Details
Myofascial release is a hands-on therapy that uses sustained pressure to stretch and release the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles. This manual technique aims to relieve pain, increase range of motion, and improve flexibility by breaking up tight spots (adhesions) in the tissue that can cause restricted movement or pain
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that involves holding passive poses for longer durations (typically 3–5 minutes) to target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints.
A gong bath, is a sound healing meditation where participants lie down and are immersed in the sound waves and vibrations from gongs and other instruments. The experience aims to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and clear the mind by using sound to create a therapeutic effect on the physical, mental, and emotional levels.
