Living with arthritis, chronic pain, inflammation, or autoimmune disease? Tired of relying on pills to get through the day?

This gentle, educational workshop offers real tools to help you move with more comfort and confidence — a supportive companion alongside western medicine. Through breath, mindful movement, and simple techniques, you’ll discover tools that ease tension, reduce pain and inflammation, and feel more at home in your body.

 

No experience needed — just an open mind and a willingness to try something new.


The schedule looks like this:
* Welcome / Tea / Health Treat

* A insight into food and inflammation

* Learning self-observation techniques using a scaling exercise

* Self massage, yoga asana + soothing nervous system. What is pain and body mapping to sit with the pain. 

* A practice using Yoga Asana to support join health and pain relief.

* Q&A and closing circle.
