Description
Our Candlelit Yoga Nidra Night is aimed to help promote better sleep, we will practice with low lighting to increase our melatonin levels and our guided relaxation will guide you to a deep restful sleep. We will nurture you with a lovely hot drink and nourish with our guided relaxation.

The schedule looks like this:
* Arrival
* Welcome drink and hello circle
* Journaling (bring your own or buy from Jai Yoga Studio)
* Yoga practice + Nidra (bring your own eye mask / pillow or buy from Jai Yoga Studio)
* Hot drink

Hot drink – Golden Milk also known as Turmeric Latte with Ashwagandha (ancient medicinal herb). – Adding a little spice to your life. 

Turmeric is very rich in antioxidants and has been used for generations in Ayurvedic medicine as a treatment for inflammation and for ceremonial purposes. What makes this golden spice so powerful is the active compound curcumin, which is a natural anti-inflammatory.
