This is the perfect course for you if you have never done yoga before, tried yoga before but were not sure if you were doing it correctly or you tried some online classes and want to build on your practice.
My Yoga for Men classes is suitable for all levels. The space will support all abilities, a safe space to ask questions, adjusted to your body type/build and is non-judgmental. This practice will be multi-level ensuring you can benefit from the modifications and progressions throughout the course.

Welcome circle.
Introduction to Yoga and what equipment we use?
Stretch and release your shoulders and practice meditation and breathing exercises.
Q&A / Feedback loop.
Wk2
Check in circle.
Using props during your practice, stretch and release hips, hamstrings and shoulders.
Practice breathing exercises (pranayama) and enjoy a guided relaxation meditation.
Q&A / Feedback loop.
Wk3
Check in circle.
Stretch and strength your core and back to support stiff backs or back pain.
Practicing a variety of standing, seated, prone (front laying) and supine (laying on your back) poses (asana).
Q&A / Feedback loop.
Wk4
Check in circle.
Combining all from week 1 - 3 including your bespoke requests to benefit from our Yoga practice together.
Yoga Nidra Relaxation – A guided relaxation and the benefits on this practice.
Q&A / Feedback loop.
Provided: Mats, blocks, brick, blankets & bolster
No experience necessary and all levels and abilities welcome.
