The Kick Ass Club
This is an 8 week strength and conditioning course for women that will be like nothing you have ever tried before. Not only will you be properly coached through the techniques of weightlifting, you will develop an understanding of how to move properly and how to train safely. Suitable for both beginners and experienced gym-goers, The Kick Ass Club is all about spending quality time with a coach and creating a safe space for you to train in. The Kick Ass Club comes with a 6 week nutrition plan and free home workouts.
