Teens Kick Ass Club-Weightlifting For Girls
This 8 week course is for secondary school aged girls (mature year 9s up to year 13s) and will teach them the essential skills of weightlifting. During this course, our inspiring coaches will work with the girls to build up their confidence, resilience, physical strength and mental capacity. The girls will be taught healthy attitudes towards fitness and health, and how to become more confident in their own bodies. Our coaches also preach an anti-diet culture which helps to develop healthy attitudes towards food and nutrition.
