Beginner to CrossFit 8 week Course

Are you a total beginner and want to build up your confidence in CrossFit? Sign up to our eight week course and let us show you the ropes! These classes will be twice per week-Monday and Wednesday at 8pm. This course is designed to improve your strength and fitness and teach you brand new skills like Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics. You will also be able to choose one CrossFit class per week from our regular timetable to work out in!
