Introduction to Yoga

Still trying to figure out how and why yoga fits into your lifestyle, and not sure how to master the basics to get started? Come and build your confidence with starting your yoga journey with Nicola Rowe on 17th February.

"Beginners intro to yoga" is your workshop to kick start your inner calmer self with yoga as your anchor to your lifestyle. This workshop is suitable for anybody NEW to yoga, or those who having recently started taking yoga classes. The workshop will take you through the following:

- Introduction to yoga
- Short personal assessment on how to upgrade your lifestyle with yoga
- Learning the basics to breathing and key yoga postures that will help you in your practice
- 60 minute Vinyasa Flow practice using essential oils

At the end of the workshop you will be given a goodie bag to take home, including a yoga/lifestyle goal setting PDF to help you take your workshop into your everyday life!
