This particular membership package bills once per month and allows the member to book on and attend 3 TUF Conditioning group training sessions per week. It will bill monthly but the usage is weekly meaning on months longer than 4 weeks you'll get more than 12 sessions to attend.

Please note there is no accumulation of missed sessions or carry over from week to week.

Due to fair usage policies to allow all members to book and attend sessions across the timetable this membership is limited to 1 registration per day. If 2 sessions are required to be attended in one single day for a particular reason please contact the Team to discuss.

Sessions must be booked onto in advance and a minimum of 2 hours before the session start time is required to cancel your booking otherwise the session will be forfeited. Even if you have to cancel late notice please still take yourself off the session to allow another member to book that space.

It also includes unlimited access to online session attendance.

The package is non-transferable and cannot be frozen or paused unless a doctor's notice is produced in the case of injury or circumstances deemed suitable to pause by The Unit Fitness team.

A minimum of 30 days notice is required to cancel this package, via written request.

If you decide to cancel then take out this package again at a later date we cannot promise the price will be the same. You would be required to pay the new package price, however, if you stay on this particular package you'll never pay a different price for the duration you stay on it.

Payment is via Direct Debit setup and bills on 1st of the month (initial payment worked on a pro-rated amount until 1st of next month).
If you decide to cancel the notice period will be 30 days from the date we are informed of cancellation and confirm this action. There will be a pro rata amount charged in line with your cancellation date and the next months payment (i.e if you cancel on the 14th of the month, the next months membership would bill 14 days pro rata amount on the 1st of next month and your membership would be valid until the 14th of next month.
