CrossFit Kids (ages 8-12)
A strength and conditioning program combining gymnastics, body weight movements and weight lifting elements designed to be fun to age 8-12 years. Our program is not only designed to improve physical wellbeing, but it has many emotional benefits as well. Such as sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, listening skills, self discipline and manners.
Participants should come dressed ready to train, please ensure all participants are wearing appropriate clothing that shows arms and legs only, no midriffs on display.
Mobile phone use is not allowed during the sessions.
