Primary Series - From water to the bridge

A workshop to clarify and better understand the method of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. Learn to adapt postures where needed in case of injury and discover the magic of the following the proper vinyasa count as we work through all of the postures of Primary Series. During this workshop we will cover Sun all seated postures from Navasana until Setu Bandhasana and brush up on the closing sequence.
