Initial 2 months of Nutrition + total cost £300How it works:
- Complete the new starter intake form we will send you and start your photo food diary
- You’ll have a 60 minute in-person consultation* with our nutrition coach, including your first InBody scan
- You’ll then receive the GWN+ handbook and your bespoke plan
- You’ll have a 45 minute online video consultation* to go through your plan and ensure it’s clear and achievable
- YOU TAKE ACTION!
In month two, you’ll then have:
- another 60 minute in-person or online consultation* with follow up notes
- your next InBody scan
*You may re-schedule your booked consultations once per month, after that you will forfeit your consult for that month but still continue to receive you feedback on Coach RX and your InBody Scan.
Signing up for ongoing Nutrition Coaching beyond month 2 alongside your initial Registration entitles you to a discounted rate of £110 per month for month 3 onwards for as long as you feel it is required to help you reach your goals. Each month you continue you will receive a monthly 60 minute consultation and InBody scan as well as your ongoing Coach RX feedback.
GroundWork Nutrition+ membership has a minimum term of 2 months as we believe that is the time it takes to start to see life-altering results once change has been implemented. We encourage you to continue with our Nutrition+ support for as long as is required, and you can cancel your membership by giving us notice by the 16th of the month prior to the following month. If you cancel on the 17th or after, you will receive Nutrition Coaching for 1 more month before your Nutrition+ membership is cancelled.

This membership will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on events/classes offered by the business for Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 2 months.. If the start date of this membership has already passed, it will not be prorated for partial months/days, meaning the price is the same regardless of when purchased.
