Eat Train Live’s Group Training Membership gives you access to our signature programme - Group Personal Training. You get access to up to 4 of 10 Group PT sessions a week - Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat - most of our clients attend 2-4 per week - to achieve your goal. You also have Ride, Move (mobility) and Run Club sessions included PLUS on the ALL IN package, 2 x hybrid training sessions too - Tues 6.45pm & Sat 7.30am.
You also have access to ETL's coaching app with habit and accountability tracking, nutrition and lifestyle guidance and goal setting, access to our members only facebook group, coach support and a monthly check in to keep you on track with your nutrition and lifestyle as well as fitness.
This membership auto renews each month but you can cancel anytime up to 14 days prior to the end of the current month.
Our Hyrox Training Membership includes access to the following training sessions: • Hyrox Tuesday 6.45pm & Saturday 7.30am Our HybridFit sessions are larger classes, training with 8-16 people within the gym environment training. You also get access to our Run socials as and when they are on. You’ll also have access to book 2 x open gym sessions a month to train independently - ideal if you want to work on something or if you can’t make 1 or 2 of the training sessions. You'll also have discounted Hyrox Sims and 10% discount on sports massage.
This will automatically renew unless upgraded, downgraded or cancelled (14 day notice prior to next payment required). This membership also entitles you to 10% off more group classes, group class memberships or sports massages - please get in touch for the discount code for this.
Our Online Coaching Programme includes 60 mins of coaching call time (either as 2 x 30 or 1 x 60) then a personalised training programme delivered to you via our coaching app, weekly check in via message or voice note, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, accountability and habit coaching and support from your coach as you need it. Your training programme is completely tailored to you, your goals and your training equipment available, to be completed yourself at times to suit you. Renews automatically each month, and we would suggest 8-12 weeks coaching to start with to see progress and habits from programme, although we have clients that stay longer as it fits with their life and keeps them accountable. Cancellation policy is a minimum of 14 days prior to the next payment/start of next month.
