What is the Block Booking?
The Block Booking is a package of credits which you use to register classes. For a discounted rate, it provides a way of planning your classes in advance while allowing some flexibility on when you attend.
By purchasing the Block Booking, will I be automatically registered on classes?
The Block Booking is the equivalent of purchasing a book of stamps. You purchase the Block Booking and then when you register on a class, TeamUp provides the Block Booking option so you can use one of the credits to register. You can register six classes all in one go or just use the credits on a week by week basis.
How long do I have to use the credits?
You have an 8 week period to use all the 6 credits. The 8 week timeline starts from the date of the first class registered with the Block Booking.
If I cancel a class, can I get a credit refunded to me?
Providing it is more than 24 hours before the class, your credit will be refunded. To use the credit again, the following class you wish to register needs to be inside your 8 week timeline.
