What to Wear:
For pole fitness, skin contact is essential for grip, so we recommend wearing shorts and a sports bra or tank top. Avoid using lotions or oils on the day of your class as they can make gripping the pole difficult. If you prefer, you can start with a fitted T-shirt and gradually transition to more skin exposure as you become comfortable. Bare feet are recommended, and it's a good idea to bring a towel and water bottle to stay hydrated.
