Beginners Aerial Hoop (6 week course)
This course is designed to ease new students into training aerial hoop. This course will both educate and train you to understand the terminologies used for hoop, along with grips (hand / arms / body positions etc) and poses to make training safe and fun. You will learn how to mount and dismount the hoop as well as learn a variety of shapes , which will all be put together to make gorgeous, elegant combinations in and around the hoop.
A great form of exercise that that not only tones and strengthens your body physically and mentally; but leaves you feeling amazing, motivated and wanting more.
This 6 weeks course will see you complete level 1 in its entirety and allow you progress straight into our level 2 or mixed ability classed to progress your training.
