Beginners Aerial Hoop (course)
This is a course designed to ease new students into training aerial hoop. This course will both educate and train you to understand the terminologies used for hoop, along with grips (hand / arms / body positions etc) and poses to make training safe and fun. You will learn how to mount and dismount the hoop as well as learn a variety of shapes which will all be put together to make gorgeous, elegant combinations in and around the hoop. A great form of exercise that that not only tones and strengthens your body physically and mentally, but leaves you feeling amazing, motivated and wanting more.
