New Starters Pole Fitness Course

This is a gateway course designed to make your transition into our Pole Fundamentals or mixed ability group classes as seamless as possible. For first timers on the pole, our 4 week course is specially designed for YOU! You will experience all the elements of Pole over these 4 weeks , be put through your paces at a suitable level, and have lots of fun. Our classes are 60 minutes long and include a warm up, structured class content and a cool down.

Please note our courses require a minimum of 3 students to take place, should the course not take place you will be offered new dates or alternatives. Once paid for upon booking, courses are non refundable. Please see our T&C's.
