New Starters Introduction to Pole Fitness

This is a gateway course designed to make your transition into our beginners group class as seamless as possible. Ideal for complete newbies to pole fitness! This is a block booking which means it runs over 4 consecutive weeks. Once booked the course is non-refundable or transferable for any of the sessions. On completion of this course, you will receive a certificate and be invited to join the group beginners class held on a Monday evening 7:30-8:30pm.
