Strong Woman Club Power

1 x Strong Woman Club Personal Training Session per week PLUS 6 x classes per month

Our Strong Woman Club is a unique set-up for those who enjoy the community and friendship aspects of moving with others but want the individual coaching and support of a personal trainer.

This membership provides 1 x 45 minute session of Strong Woman Club per week in a small group set-up of 4 women. Each 10-12 week programme is focused on progressing strength whilst focusing on balance, flexibility and fitness. Most importantly, it's a great way to get seriously strong whilst having fun at the same time. 

To complement your strength training, this POWER membership also offers 6 classes per month to use as you like. Whether it’s adding core strength with Pilates, creating greater flexibility through yoga, challenging yourself with Barre, or progressing your fitness faster with circuits—this is the perfect choice for those who want to mix things up, move more often, and feel even stronger from the inside out.

    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.
