Yoga For Beginners

Yoga is so much more than striking a pose! In this six week course, you will learn about the background, ethics and history of Yoga and will explore some of the basics of Yoga including individual poses, how we put poses together into sequences, breathwork and meditation skills. We will explore some of the different types of Yoga which we offer at Spark Life including Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
