This Mum Can

This Mum Can is a baby-wearing fitness session. Group sizes are small with just 6 people meaning we can keep things sociable, supportive, fun and safe. 

 

As with everything we offer at Spark, This Mum Can is suitable for you no matter what your fitness level or experience. Sessions are run by our pre/postnatal specialist, Ruth and will be easily adapted to your needs post-pregnancy. This class is the perfect opportunity to bond with your baby, re-strengthen your core and pelvic floor and socialise with other mums. Please ensure that you have had your Dr sign off before joining any post natal fitness class. 

 

Please bring your own sling (and baby!) ;-)
