Yoga for Babies

Yoga for Babies is a small, friendly 5 week course for parents/carers and their babies suitable from 10 weeks through to toddling (not suitable if toddling). In these 45 minute classes we will guide you through a relaxing yet playful session of joyful movement interacting with our babies. It can help build core muscle, aid physical milestones and nurture baby's development. There are gentle stretches for the parents too but the main focus is on helping the babies with their development. Each session ends with a mini relaxation where we focus on breathing and weekly affirmations. No prior knowledge of yoga is needed.
