Older Baby Yoga 6 Week Course

Older Baby Yoga is a small, friendly class for parents/carers and their babies suitable from roughly 5 or 6 months through to toddling. In this 45 minute class we will guide you through a relaxing yet playful session of joyful movement interacting with our babies. It can help build core muscle, aid physical milestones and nurture baby's development. For the older yoga class, babies need more core strength to be able to complete some of the moves.
