Beginners Kettlebell Club

Kettlebells are an amazing tool for all over body strength and fitness. Learn how to use a kettlebell safely, effectively and to get the most from it.
At the end of the course, you'll feel confident enough to workout at home alone or in the gym without knowing you can stay injury free; or you'll feel ready to join our intermediate class or Kettlebell Club.
This is a progressive, 6 week course so you will need to be able to attend every week.
