Powerhouse Run Club
1. General Information
Powerhouse Performance Club is a free, community-based running group designed to support and motivate individuals of all fitness levels.
Participation in the club is entirely voluntary, and members are responsible for their own safety and well-being during all activities.
Please note that Powerhouse Performance Club activities do not include coaching or professional training. The club is for recreational purposes, and participants are encouraged to seek professional coaching independently if desired.
2. Membership
Membership in Powerhouse Performance Club is solely for the purpose of tracking attendance and accountability during club activities.
This membership is separate from any other membership options offered by Powerhouse Performance Club and must not be confused with the club's paid memberships or other services.
Membership is open to anyone over the age of 16
By joining the Powerhouse Performance Club, members agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions and any additional guidelines provided by the club.
3. Participation
Participation in club activities is at each member's own risk. The club is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during runs or events.
Members must ensure they are physically fit and capable of participating in all activities. If you have any health concerns, consult a healthcare professional before participating.
Members should inform the club of any medical conditions or concerns that might impact their ability to participate.
4. Safety Guidelines
All safety instructions provided by Powerhouse Performance Club should be followed.
Appropriate running attire, including reflective clothing and lights for low-light conditions, is required.
Members are expected to stay on designated routes during club runs for their safety and the safety of others.
5. Liability Waiver
By participating in Powerhouse Performance Club, members agree to release and hold harmless the club and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities for injuries, loss, or damages that may occur during activities.
6. Code of Conduct
Members must treat fellow runners, the public, and others involved in the club with respect and courtesy.
7. Cancellations
On rare occasions, Powerhouse Performance Club may have to cancel scheduled runs due to the club being a lower priority compared to our coaching memberships and gym staffing needs.
Members will be notified as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.
8. Privacy and Data Use
Personal information provided by members will be used solely for tracking attendance, accountability, and club-related communication.
Powerhouse Performance Club will not share personal information with third parties without members’ consent.
9. Changes to Terms
The club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
