MINT Coaching Wednesday at Blitz, TW1

After School Strength and Conditioning Sessions for 10 - 16yr olds.
Back in the gym we will be focusing on Strength, Speed, Lifting & Cardio 
Each exercise will be adapted to suit the ability of the individual performing it so that everyone can train safely together.
