After School Strength and Conditioning Sessions for 10 - 16yr olds.
Weekdays 4-4.50pm
Back in the gym (post lockdown) we have amended our programmes to meet Covid 19 guidelines and still coach a full range of movements using top spec equipment. Focusing on Strength, Speed, Lifting & Cardio each exercise will be adapted to suit the ability of the individual performing it so that every one can train safely together.
12 week term 7th - 18th Dec (2 week break for half term).
