Mummies Morning Is the perfect class for getting yourself back after your little one has arrived.
This post natal class is suitable for anyone wanting to get back into fitness after having a baby. We would recommend you start this class 8-16 weeks Post Natal depending on your individual birth experience. (We would recommend 8-12 weeks for natural birth without complications or 12-16 weeks for C-sections and more complicated births - Please contact to discuss with us further).
This class will include a mat workout with your baby as well as some basic pole and aerial movements to gently reawaken your body to working out.
Suitable for all levels and abilities, no previous experience necessary.
