Terms and Conditions
1. Membership and Fees
• With this option, you will pay €300 upfront, which will cover you for your 6 week programme, along with your free month in January
2. Cancellation Policy
• Minimum commitment term is 6 weeks, during which cancellation is not permitted.
3. Refund Policy
• Mind-Body Training does not offer refunds on any payments made during the 6-week commitment period.
4. Money Back Guarantee
• Clients who stay consistent with their nutritional plan, complete a minimum of 3 sessions per week, and hit their weekly steps targets can request a refund after week 6 if they have not made sufficient and satisfactory progress towards their goals.
• Members requesting their money back must email Coach Alan after week 6, explain why they are requesting a refund, and show proof of programme compliance.
• Programme Compliance - A) Pre-Programme Assessment: This includes initial weight, body measurements, and progress photos.
B) Ongoing Monitoring:
• Weekly Updates: Submit your weight and measurements update every week, along with a feedback form.
• Bi-Weekly Progress Photos: Update progress photos every second week.
C) Nutrition Compliance:
• Food Log: Maintain a food log for at least 5 out of 7 days each week.
• Nutrition Habits: Achieve at least 80% compliance with the recommended nutrition habits.
D) Exercise and Activity:
• Workouts: Complete 3 workouts per week.
• Step Count: Meet your weekly step target and provide proof of completion (log workouts and submit weekly step count to your coach at the end of each week).
5. Doctor Approval
• Clients confirm they have either received a doctor’s permission to participate or voluntarily participate and assume all risks.
• Clients affirm they are not aware of any medical condition that would prevent participation or pose a serious health risk.
• Clients agree to inform the Trainer immediately if they choose not to participate in specific training.
6. Acknowledgment of Understanding
• Clients acknowledge they have read and understand the Terms and Conditions and are aware they are giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue.
• By purchasing this membership, clients confirm they automatically agree freely and voluntarily, intending it to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
• Mind-Body Training will handle clients' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the membership and providing training services.
