Hearts Soccer Academy - October Camp
The Hearts Academy October Camp gives players the chance to hone their skills at the HMFC Academy.
Open to talented youngsters between the ages of 5 and 13.
Delivered by Hearts Academy Coaches and overseen by Dale Carrick and each session will be based on the BOX Soccer Training model.
The innovative BOX Soccer Training set-up structure delivers everything from individual skill drills to position specific and group practices – creating a stimulating, memorable environment for the development of the young player.
The purpose is to technically develop young players by obtaining high repetitions, more touches of the ball with growing intensity and real pressure – with reference to time, space & direction. In recent years, Box Soccer Training has played a key role in developing Hearts star John Souttar’s abilities.
Over the course of four days, players will receive expert coaching through individual and group sessions. In addition to receiving invaluable advice and feedback from Hearts Academy Coaches, players will also benefit from the insights of former Hearts U20s coach Darren Murray, who has spent the past two years working as head of Box Soccer.
This is another unique opportunity to step inside the Hearts Academy and take the step up to the next level in the same environment that has helped develop a host of Hearts first team players.
