Amazing Older Adults 65+ Membership
This membership is for our community that is 65+ Women that are wanting to work on their balance, strength and wellbeing so they make the most of their life ahead by improving their functional fitness i.e. squatting/sitting, kneeling/knee strength, upper body and so much more.

This is a very small group so that we can coach you to a high level and make it relevant to the group.

We expect injuries and working around medical needs and as an Exercise Referral Specialist we can look after you.
Semi Private PT
6 Week kickstart Trial
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 6 weeks.
Your 6 week kickstart trial includes 18 sessions where we will focus on all aspects of weight/strength training and cardio circuits.

Training is structured over 8 weeks.

We will help with getting your nutrition basics on track and fully supported over the 6 weeks.

Weekly x 2 - Essentials Membership

Twice a week Small Group Sessions and full support service of:

  • Weekly Check in and Feedback

  • Monthly Nutrition Check in and Feedback/Adjustments

  • Monthly Workshop (Online/Pre recorded/in Person - TBC)

  • Whatsapp Support Group and Coaches Support

  • 6-8 Weekly Measurements Tracking


Weekly x 2 - Essentials Nutrition Membership

Same as the twice weekly membership but with the addition of a Zoom 30min coaching session per month

Twice a week Small Group Sessions and full support service of:

  • Weekly Check in and Feedback

  • Monthly Nutrition Check in and Feedback/Adjustments

  • Monthly Workshop (Online/Pre recorded/in Person - TBC)

  • Whatsapp Support Group and Coaches Support

  • 6-8 Weekly Measurements Tracking


Weekly x 3 - Full Training Membership

Three a week Small Group Sessions and full support service of:
