12 Week Beginners Yoga Course
Our 12 Week Beginners Yoga Course is a beginners yoga course offering newcomers a foundation and introduction to yoga postures, breathing and relaxation. We offer this course on either a Tuesday and a Saturday, and your place will be reserved for which ever day you select.
