OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS — Annual Upfront Membership
1. Membership Overview
1.1. The Annual Upfront Membership provides 12 consecutive months of membership access for a single upfront fee of £1,600 for 2x per week SGPT or £1250 for 1x per week SGPT.
1.2. Membership activates on the date of purchase and runs for 12 consecutive months thereafter.
2. Payment
2.1. The full annual fee of £1,600 or £1,250 is payable in advance.
2.2. No partial payments or instalments are permitted under this membership type.
3. Cooling-Off Period
3.1. Members have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.
3.2. If the member has not attended any sessions during this period, a full refund will be issued.
3.3. If the member has attended sessions, the membership will be converted to the standard monthly rate (£160 or £125), and the cost of attended time will be deducted from the refund.
4. Cancellation After the Cooling-Off Period
4.1. Members may cancel their annual membership at any point during the 12-month term.
4.2. Upon cancellation, the membership reverts to the standard monthly rate of £160 or £125 for all months used.
4.3. Example - refunds will be calculated as:
Annual fee paid (£1,600) – monthly rate (£160 × number of months used) = refund amount.
4.4. Any refund due will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation being confirmed.
5. Notice Period
5.1. One calendar month written notice period is required to cancel the membership.
5.2. Membership access continues during the notice period.
5.3. The notice period forms part of the total months used when calculating refunds.
6. Freezes and Extensions
6.1. Members may freeze their annual membership for up to 2 months per year in the event of serious illness, injury, or relocation. GPT may, at its discretion, extend freezes.
6.2. Freeze requests must be submitted in advance and cannot be applied retrospectively.
6.3. The membership end date will be extended by the length of the freeze period.
6.4. No refunds are provided for freeze periods, as time is simply added to the membership term.
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances
7.1. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance or unused sessions.
7.2. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions due to travel, illness, work, or personal commitments.
8. Acceptance of Terms
8.1. By purchasing an Annual Upfront Membership, the member confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
