Your first step on your CrossFit journey... 4 sessions packed with information. While we always revisit technique in our daily WOD sessions, we are going to give you a grounding in our most common movements first.

The following will be covered in these sessions:

The Squats: air squat, back squat, front squat, overhead squat

The Presses: shoulder press, push press, push jerk

The Deadlifts: Deadlift, Sumo deadlift high pull, Medicine ball clean

The Snatch

Short WOD (Workout Of the Day) to finish.
