CrossFit Kids - Fit Kids (8-12)

45 mins to work on Confidence, Team Work, Having Fun, Stamina, Flexibility with Coach Liz!

We use a varied amount of equipment to learn new skills, get better at old skills and get sweaty!

The 45 mins is structured the same each week, but with a different focus and games. Each term we will be working on a certain skill in our pursuit of being a "pro".

Terms need to be paid for up front in order to save money, or sessions are £5 each. Classes are limited to 8 students.
