Day Retreat - Harewood Holistics

Join us for a day of yoga, meditation and deep relaxation as we escape to the beautiful Harewood Estate. During the day we will practice 2 yoga classes, cultivating mindful movements to release tension, build strength and improve mobility in the body. We will also practice a Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation, as well as guided meditation and breathing practices to quieten the mind.
Lunch will be served at at Muddy Boots Cafe, and includes a selection of delicious vegetarian of vegan meals, locally sourced and prepared by the mult-award winning Harewood Food & Drink.
