Beginners Polefit - 4 Week Course 7-8pm

Join us for fun and fitness in our 4 week polefit programme specifically designed for beginners.

We will teach you the basics and help with your confidence to kick off your pole journey, increase your strength, stamina and overall fitness in a fun and friendly atmosphere. You will need shorts and a micro fibre cloth for hygiene purposes. 

Please book on either the 7pm or the 8pm session each week.
