PREREQUISITE REQUIRED: This is a Level 3 series. Successful completion of Level 2 Pole Conditioning is mandatory to join. This series focuses strictly on inverts and advanced upside-down curriculum.

This class is not recommended for anyone wanting to bring a group or party. This is a technical training series for individuals ready to master their inversions.
No late entry: For liability reasons, class doors close 5 minutes after class start time. You must be inside the building 5 minutes after class start time. If you arrive late you will not be granted entry.
