Mixed Lo Flow style and pole choreography is currently trending in the aerial community.   Why not perfect them both with four session filled with conditioning moves, low flow energy, floor based tricks and choreography fused into one awesome series.   

Wear knee pads, shorts and your tallest pair of pole shoes.   Absolutely No kitten heels, no sneakers and no civilian heels.

PREREQUISITES: All levels Inversion Institute and above.  Must have attended all four series sessions of Inversion Institute Series
