This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

Freezing Memberships:
If you wish to freeze your membership, we must be notified in writing up to 15 days prior to the membership being frozen. The minimum term you can freeze your membership is for 1 calendar month and a maximum of 3 calendar months and it can only be frozen once in any 12 month period.

Cancelling Memberships:
If you wish to cancel your membership we must be notified in writing up to 30 days prior to your membership being cancelled. You must clearly state the required end date.

All other amendments:
Any required amendments must be made in writing. The cut off is the 20th of the month. Failure to do so will result in the changes not being made.
