A 60 min 1-2-1 session we will discuss your goals and training options, show you around the gym, carry out a movement assessment and put you through your paces with a short workout.

If you'd prefer to train in a small group then Small Group Training might be for you. Sessions are still 60 mins with a maximum of 3 people per group. The session is divided into three 20 min blocks focusing on barbell movements, dumbbell/body weight movements/HIIT

During this session you will get a real feel for what Personal Training is all about and how it can benefit you. There is no experience necessary and sessions are open to all ages.

Free Trial - Small Group Training

During this 60 session you will join our regular Small Group Training clients for a 3 stage workout. We start with 20 mins of barbell work, moving onto another 15-20 mins of dumbbell/kettlebell/bodyweight work and finish up with 20-25 mins of circuit based training.

No lifting experience is necessary as you will be taught all you need to know, the sessions are open to all fitness levels and all ages.

Monthly memberships

This membership entitles you to 2x sessions per calendar month. If it is a 5 week month and you would like to attend a third session within that month you may purchase an adhoc session.

Pairs PT
Train with a friend, halve your costs and double your accountability.

Pairs PT is for those of you looking for exceptional value for money with the added bonus of training with a friend. Pairs PT is no different to 1-2-1 PT. You still receive all of the same quality coaching and programming, just at a reduced cost. So, you can either save a few pounds or just do double the training?!

If you have a friend bugging you to get to the gym then this could be for you!

Small Group PT
Small group PT is for those that wish to follow a strength specific program whilst training in a small group of up to 4 people making personal training not only a more affordable option but also encourages training in a 'community' environment. These sessions are non-specific to the individual but are designed to progress your lifts and increase your strength over time. Sessions will run on a pre-structured cyclical program designed to cover all of the big lifts - Squat, Bench, Deadlift and Overhead press, and will include variations of these lifts and accessory movements designed to keep each lifter well balanced. All Clients will be expected to have completed 8 weeks of 1-2-1 PT in the for of the '8 week kickstarter' sessions before joining any group session. Monthly memberships will cover either 1 or 2 sessions per week. Missed sessions can not be refunded or rearranged. Initially 2 small group PT sessions will run per week with a view to add further sessions as demand dictates. Clients are free to choose a once per week or twice per week plan.

Introduction to Personal Training
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 70 days.
Kick start your personal training journey with this 8 session package.

The 8 sessions can be used however you choose, x1 per week, x2 per week, 8 straight days... it's really up to you however all sessions must be claimed within 70 days of purchase.

During your sessions you will receive coaching in all of the basics that you will need to get you started on the journey to your goals. A basic training plan will also be provided for you to follow, and take away with you. At the end of your 8 sessions you will have the opportunity to continue your training or 'Go it alone' with the new skills you have learnt.
