Spring Yoga Day Retreat: Vinyasa Flow, Meditation, Juice, Sound Bath, Pranayama, Yin Yoga + Plant-based Lunch

Vinyasa Flow | This dynamic practice is suitable for those who have some experience of yoga, following a carefully sequenced flow style class to build heat, strength + flexibility aimed to leave you feeling empowered + ready to leap into Spring.

Meditation | Journeying inward with a guided meditation to connect to the embodiment of Spring time energy.

Juice | Freshly prepared juice to cleanse + hydrate the bodies with vital nutrients + prana.

Sound Bath | Playing from 3 Crystal Sounds bowls to relax, rejuvenate and realign the energy body.

Pranayama | 'Prana' meaning life forces and 'Yama' meaning extension is the practice of breath control. Usually practiced after asana (postures) we will explore 2 energising techniques aimed to bring lightness + energize to body.

Yin Yoga | This gentle practice is suitable for ALL levels. Using bolsters, blocks, blankets for support Yin is yoga for your joints. Focusing of the liver + kidney meridians to aid detoxification + reinvigorate the body.

Plant-based Lunch | The lunch will be lovingly prepared by Georgina Rose Ford from Wild Visioning Living who specialises in plant based cooking. Please advise us when you book if you have any special dietary requirements.



WHAT TO BRING
All equipment will be provided for you, however if you'd like to bring your own mat please do so. Please wear layers, to warm-up/ cool down. Bring a bottle of water.
