This is a 10 week Bike plan aimed at those who are looking to tackle their first 100 mile ride and also those who are looking to get serious ahead of their next event. The beginners plan consists of 3-4 sessions per week and the advanced plan 4-5 sessions per week including optional workouts, so you could run other training programs along side this.

This program will help you to build strength, aerobic endurance, muscular endurance and everything that you need to for a long sustained effort. So whether you are preparing for your first century or looking to get more serious with your training, this plan will provide you with the frame work you need to achieve your goal.

Endurance Series: Threshold Power Development

This is an 8 week Bike plan aimed at those who want to increase their ‘Functional Threshold Power’ or FTP. The beginners plan consists of 2-3 sessions per week and the advanced plan 3-4 sessions per week including optional workouts, so it is the perfect plan to run along side your regular training program.

This 8 week program will help you to increase your sustained aerobic power, so whether you are a keen cyclist, crossfitter or just looking to try something new then this is a great place to start.
