This Membership is a 3 (three) Month Contract Agreement & will be billed monthly. The purchaser will be entitled to unlimited classes + 24 hour open gym access per billing month. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. See the details on the "Description" tab for more information.

Payments will be charged automatically each month on the 1st (first) of the month. The initial payment will be prorated for a partial month, as necessary, calculated as (number of days remaining in the month) / (monthly fee).

Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership has a 30-day (1 Month) Cancellation Notice Period & cannot be paused for any Annual Holiday periods. Refunds will not be issued for partial months. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.

Your membership will Automatically Renew at the end of your term unless you cancel your membership via your team-up Home Page.

We respectively request that you honour your Contractual Agreement & acknowledge that the discounted price of your chosen Membership Package is reflective of your Membership Commitment Term. Early Cancellations are only acceptable for those with long term injuries, directly affecting their ability to use the training facility in question. Medical proof will be required upon any such agreement.

CrossFit North Devon reserves the right to cancel any Membership Agreement if there is a breach of misconduct involving any Staff Members & other Facility Users. Cancellation requires one (1) month notice period.

CrossFit North Devon reserves the right to review & adjust all memberships on an annual basis. A minimum of two weeks notice will be given.
